鋼板倉(cāng)使用應(yīng)當(dāng)注意哪些細(xì)節(jié)？

    隨著使用鋼板倉(cāng)的人越來(lái)越多，應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣，人們對(duì)鋼板倉(cāng)質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高。除了在鋼板倉(cāng)建設(shè)階段要嚴(yán)格按照施工方案和相關(guān)規(guī)范進(jìn)行施工外，在鋼板倉(cāng)的使用過(guò)程中，也有很多細(xì)節(jié)是需要大家注意的，畢竟細(xì)節(jié)決定成敗，一旦有什么問(wèn)題沒(méi)注意到，很可能會(huì)影響到鋼板倉(cāng)中儲(chǔ)存物料的安全。

    1、為了避免鋼板倉(cāng)頻繁發(fā)生故障，縮短使用壽命，我們不僅要保證鋼板倉(cāng)本身的質(zhì)量合格，而且要嚴(yán)格按照鋼板倉(cāng)使用規(guī)范操作，還需要定期維護(hù)鋼板倉(cāng)。

        In order to avoid frequent failures and shorten the service life of the steel plate warehouse, we not only need to ensure the quality of the steel plate warehouse itself, but also strictly follow the specifications for the use of the steel plate warehouse, and regularly maintain the steel plate warehouse.

    2、作為操作人員，為了避免鋼板倉(cāng)因操作不當(dāng)而出現(xiàn)故障，影響正常使用，在操作鋼板倉(cāng)前，要對(duì)操作人員進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，培訓(xùn)合格后才能進(jìn)行操作。

        As operators, in order to avoid malfunctions in the steel plate warehouse due to improper operation, which may affect normal use, it is necessary to provide systematic technical training to the operators before operating the steel plate warehouse. Only after passing the training can they proceed with the operation.

   3、在鋼板倉(cāng)建造工程完工后，如果我們要向鋼板倉(cāng)進(jìn)料的話，可以分批進(jìn)料，前期進(jìn)料不超過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)庫(kù)容的一半;間隔4周后觀察庫(kù)體沉降情況，庫(kù)體沉降均勻后進(jìn)行二次入料，入料量不超過(guò)總庫(kù)容的三分之二;同樣時(shí)間間隔2周后進(jìn)行第三次入料。除此之外，在入料時(shí)也要同時(shí)注意鋼板倉(cāng)內(nèi)存儲(chǔ)物料的分布情況，避免出現(xiàn)料位偏差的情況。

After the settlement of the storage body is uniform, conduct a second feeding, with the feeding amount not exceeding two-thirds of the total storage capacity; The third feeding will be conducted after a 2-week interval. In addition, attention should also be paid to the distribution of stored materials in the steel plate warehouse during feeding to avoid material level deviation.

  4、不要在鋼板倉(cāng)的頂部或墻上隨意打洞，也不要隨意增加負(fù)荷。倉(cāng)體不得連接和支撐提升機(jī)框架及其他設(shè)備和設(shè)施。在鋼板倉(cāng)基礎(chǔ)完工后5米內(nèi)，不得進(jìn)行挖土及其他影響地基的活動(dòng)。

        Do not randomly drill holes on the top or walls of the steel silo, and do not arbitrarily increase the load. The warehouse shall not be connected or supported to the hoist frame and other equipment and facilities. Excavation and other activities that may affect the foundation shall not be carried out within 5 meters after the completion of the steel silo foundation.
