       The painting work of the fly ash silo should be carried out according to the painting scheme provided by the customer. Based on the experience of the editor,         the parts that need to be painted in the fly ash silo can be summarized as follows:　

       (1) 規(guī)定需要油漆進行涂裝的鋼結構件的表面，在油漆涂裝前應進行噴砂或酸洗處理。除施工現(xiàn)場需要油漆的表面外，其他鋼結構件的表面應在裝運前油漆。
            The surface of steel structural components that require painting should be sandblasted or pickled before painting. Except for the surfaces that require                     painting at the construction site, the surfaces of other steel structural components should be painted before shipment.

　　(2) 不銹鋼構件、鍍鋅鋼構件、高強度螺栓連接件的摩擦面的表面不需要油漆涂裝。

            The friction surfaces of stainless steel components, galvanized steel components, and high-strength bolted connections do not require painting.

       (3) 整個粉煤灰?guī)熘懈鞣N非保溫的主要設備、輔助設備、相關裝置等，其暴露在空氣中的外表面，需要刷上底漆和面漆;內(nèi)表面要進行防腐處理。部分保溫的主要設備、輔助設備、相關裝置的未保溫部分，其暴露在空氣中的外表面，需要刷底漆和面漆，內(nèi)表面也要進行防腐處理。

            The various non insulated main equipment, auxiliary equipment, related devices, etc. in the entire fly ash silo need to be painted with primer and topcoat             on their exposed surfaces in the air; The inner surface needs to undergo anti-corrosion treatment. The uninsulated parts of the main equipment, auxiliary             equipment, and related devices that are partially insulated need to be painted with primer and topcoat on their outer surfaces exposed to the air, and the             inner surfaces also need to be treated with anti-corrosion.

　　(4) 所有設備的電鍍蓋板和防護蓋板的外表面應涂底漆和面漆，內(nèi)表面也應涂漆。

            The outer surface of the electroplated cover plate and protective cover plate of all equipment should be coated with primer and topcoat, and the inner surface should                  also be painted.

　　(5) 所有不保溫的罐體、管道、配件及相關的支架和吊架的外露表面均須上漆，其內(nèi)表面須做防腐處理。

　　(6) 粉煤灰?guī)焖�有需要保溫的設備，如主要設備、輔助設備和相關裝置，包括工廠制造的箱罐、管道、管件、支吊架等，應在其外表面涂漆或進行防腐處理，而其內(nèi)表面應進行防腐處理。

            All equipment in the fly ash silo that requires insulation, such as main equipment, auxiliary equipment, and related devices, including factory manufactured tanks, pipes, fittings, supports and hangers, should have their outer surfaces painted or treated with anti-corrosion, while their inner surfaces should be treated with anti-corrosion.

　　(7) 粉煤灰?guī)熘兴�有類型的控制設備或裝置的金屬外殼，以及金屬支架，例如控制屏或保護屏(控制臺) ，這些設備暴露在空氣中的部分，都要油漆，并刷面漆，以防止受到大氣腐蝕。

            The metal casings and brackets of all types of control equipment or devices in the fly ash silo, such as control screens or protective screens (control consoles), which are exposed to the air, must be painted and coated with topcoat to prevent atmospheric corrosion.
