The fly ash silo system consists of a silo body, silo roof equipment, exhaust, level gauge, gasification system, and unloading system. According to user requirements and product performance, the fly ash silo can adopt concrete structure or steel structure, and the volume specification can be designed according to user requirements.

The usage method of fly ash silo:

　　1、灰?guī)祉敳吭O(shè)終端卸灰箱，輸灰管道出灰全部通過終端卸灰箱落入灰?guī)臁ＴO(shè)備密封良好，內(nèi)襯耐磨鋼板，保證使用壽命。
             A terminal ash unloading box is installed at the top of the ash silo, and all ash from the ash conveying pipeline is discharged into the ash silo through the terminal ash                 unloading box. The equipment is well sealed and lined with wear-resistant steel plates to ensure its service life.

　　2、倉頂脈沖除塵器：本產(chǎn)品是針對火力發(fā)電廠灰?guī)�、渣庫工況設(shè)計(jì)的專用凈化設(shè)備。采用全自動清灰裝置。

             Warehouse top pulse dust collector: This product is a specialized purification equipment designed for ash and slag storage conditions in thermal power plants. Adopting               a fully automatic dust cleaning device.

　　3、壓力真空泄壓閥：當(dāng)發(fā)生充氣、排氣和溫度異常變化時(shí)，能保護(hù)容器不受過高正壓和負(fù)壓的影響。每座灰?guī)炫溆?08型壓力真空泄壓閥，保護(hù)灰?guī)扉L期穩(wěn)定可靠運(yùn)行。

            Pressure vacuum relief valve: It can protect the container from the effects of high positive and negative pressure when inflation, exhaust, and abnormal                    temperature changes occur. Each ash silo is equipped with a 508 type pressure vacuum relief valve to protect the long-term stable and reliable operation                of the ash silo.
　　

      4、高低料位計(jì)和連續(xù)料位計(jì)能準(zhǔn)確顯示灰位高度，保證灰?guī)煺�常、穩(wěn)定、可靠運(yùn)行。

            High and low level gauges and continuous level gauges can accurately display the height of the ash level, ensuring the normal, stable, and reliable                          operation of the ash silo.
　　

           粉煤灰?guī)斓臍饣�風(fēng)系統(tǒng)：

           Gasification air system of fly ash silo:
　　

                1、粉煤灰?guī)鞖饣�空氣由灰�(guī)鞖饣�風(fēng)機(jī)提供，使灰?guī)熘械幕姨幱诹骰癄顟B(tài)，便于卸灰。

                    The gasification air in the fly ash silo is provided by the ash silo gasification fan, which keeps the ash in the silo in a fluidized state for easy unloading.
　　         

                2、為保證排放暢通，下部設(shè)有氣化裝置和排放裝置。

                    To ensure smooth emissions, a gasification device and an emission device are installed at the bottom.
